We are looking for a detail‐orientedIT Finance Analystto join our growing team. This role sits at the intersection of finance and IT supporting strategic decision‐making through financial planning, analysis, and cost optimisation across IT operations and projects. You will partner closely with IT and finance stakeholders to manage budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost optimisation initiatives, while ensuring strong financial governance and compliance. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the development and execution of annual budgets and 3–5 year IT financial plans Manage and coordinate IT budgeting processes across regions, business units, and functions Monitor and analyse financial performance, tracking and reporting key IT financial KPIs Develop enhanced IT financial reporting, including dashboards, variance analysis, and insights Build financial models to identify cost‐saving opportunities and optimisation initiatives; track delivery of savings Consolidate forecasts from IT sub‐functions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and clear variance explanations Perform detailed variance and trend analysis (actuals vs budget vs prior periods), recommending corrective actions Identify and assess IT financial risks, supporting mitigation activities and ensuring readiness for J‐SOX compliance Define and maintain IT service cost allocation and chargeback models Support financial target setting through robust data preparation and analysis Lead IT financial governance meetings and implement financial processes, policies, and controls Drive improvements and automation across IT financial systems, tools, and processes Prepare high‐quality presentations and deliver insights, forecasts, and analysis to senior leadership and global stakeholders Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Business Administration, or equivalent practical experience Minimum of 3+ years' experience in a dedicated IT finance role supporting a large or complex IT function Strong expertise in financial analysis, financial modelling, and problem‐solving techniques Hands‐on experience with IT service cost modelling, including cost allocation and chargeback methodologies Solid understanding of best‐practice processes, tools, and frameworks for IT financial management and reporting Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, functions, and financial modelling Proven ability to produce clear, concise presentations, reports, and variance analyses for senior stakeholders Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, with a high level of attention to detail Highly organised with effective planning and time management capabilities Proactive, self‐driven mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and implement solutions What does Olympus offer?Compensation: Well Being in Focus: Health Insurance Vacation Policy (24 vacation days, with additional days off for your birthday and December 24th) Free Curative Medicine 24/7 Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Nutritional Options at Work (canteen with diverse meal choices including meat, fish, diet, vegetarian, and composed salads) Culture of development and learning: Unlimited Access to LinkedIn Learning Initial and continuous training aligned with your career goals.
