Job Description
We are seeking a Site HSE Administrative to support Health, Safety, and Environment operations on a major industrial project in Sines. This role will be responsible for coordinating data, reporting, and general administrative tasks that contribute to the effective implementation of HSE protocols and standards on site.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collect HSE data from subcontractors.
* Input HSE statistical data into corporate/project systems.
* Coordinate and prepare weekly and monthly HSE reports.
* Create presentations, graphs, and pivot tables based on HSE data.
* Organize and maintain HSE department filing systems.
* Support planning and logistics for audits, workshops, and meetings.
* Prepare meeting minutes.
* Manage inventory of office supplies, PPE, and stationeries.
* Maintain accurate logs, records, and documentation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* 1+ years of experience in an administrative, document control, or HSE support role.
* Experience in construction, oil & gas, energy, or industrial projects.
* Familiarity with site-based roles and safety documentation is desirable.
* Comfortable liaising with cross-functional teams.
* Basic knowledge of HSE principles or ISO 45001 standards preferred.
* Language skills in English.
