Then this is for youJob Overview: We are seeking a driven and highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our team. As an integral part of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities in enterprise accounts. This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker with a hunter mentality who is eager to make an impact and is comfortable with outbound B2 B sales. You will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to fuel our growth by connecting with senior decision-makers and building a robust pipeline of enterprise prospects.How You'll Make an Impact: Lead Prospecting Efforts: Use targeted strategies to initiate outreach and connect with key enterprise prospects. Identify Pain Points: Discover the needs and challenges of potential customers to position our solutions effectively. Drive Interest in Transformation: Engage prospects on Automation and Digital Transformation to spark their interest. Set Discovery Meetings: Schedule key meetings between prospects and sales reps to advance deals. Master Social Selling: Deliver consistent messaging across social platforms and industry events to build connections. Build and Manage Target Lists: Develop, refine, and maintain high-quality target
