Principais responsabilidades
Our client is seeking to reinforce its team with a customer-oriented, dynamic professional with experience in leading operational teams.
Lead and develop the Customer Operation team.
Coordinate daily operations, review KPIs, and promote continuous improvement.
Oversee the full order cycle and ensure alignment with logistics and production.
Support the commercial area in the implementation of new projects.
Ensure service quality and compliance with internal processes.
Perfil desejado
Solid experience in leadership roles within Customer Operation roles.
Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict management skills.
Knowledge of English, French and/or German.
Strong analytical skills, organization, and a results oriented mindset.
