New fashion ecommerce brand for the US market. We're looking for someone to manage the day-to-day operations in the early stages of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate order fulfillment and shipping operations with logistics partners
* Manage customer support (handling customer inquiries initially and later coordinating support agents)
* Website management (product uploads, copy updates, and coordination with freelancers for improvements)
* Product and packaging sourcing, including supplier negotiation
* Daily reporting of key metrics (AOV, conversion rate, session duration) and execution of improvement actions
* Coordinate invoicing with the finance team and manage monthly close
Profile:
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Ecommerce operations
* Highly organized, autonomous, and results-driven
* Comfortable working in early-stage/startup environments
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
