Our goal is to help our candidates and consultants advance their careers through projects that meet their needs and expectations. You will work on developing high-tech systems integration services in areas such as digital transformation and network automation, particularly for telecommunications. We are seeking a Cloud Engineer for a long-term role in Lisbon or Porto (flexible hybrid work model). Your responsibilities will include:
1. Collaborating with teams and clients to understand requirements and deliver tailored cloud solutions.
2. Providing technical insights to optimize value from cloud, multi-cloud, and hybrid cloud solutions.
3. Identifying clients’ technological transformation and engineering improvement opportunities and proposing practical solutions.
4. Implementing strategies and transformation plans for cloud migration using Google Cloud / AWS.
5. Ensuring security best practices are followed, with security by default.
Our ideal candidate will have:
* Proficiency and autonomy in Google Cloud and AWS.
* Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform and Ansible.
* Knowledge of Kubernetes.
* Understanding of DevOps practices and tools (Git, GitHub, bash scripting, Linux).
* Knowledge of private, public, and hybrid cloud architectures, networking, operations, and cost models.
Nice to have:
* Experience with Azure.
* Knowledge of FinOps.
* Certifications in Google Cloud or AWS.
* Experience designing cloud migration projects.
