About You
* 10+ years of experience in software engineering and outsourcing
* Experience in managing an engineering organization of 700+ people
* Strong program and portfolio management skills, Agile project management
* Deep expertise in modern software engineering technology, best practices, and trends
* In-depth understanding of digital business and its IT landscape and trends
* Visionary mindset, combining entrepreneurial skills with core management and leadership presence
