About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Level 3 / Technical Support Specialist to support a technical project focused on advanced troubleshooting and customer assistance. This role requires strong technical skills, including SQL, and the ability to support users in French and English.
Main Responsibilities
* Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting to users
* Assist customers via phone, chat, and email in French and English
* Diagnose software, system, or configuration issues and propose effective solutions
* Work closely with internal technical teams to ensure timely resolution of issues
* Document incidents, solutions, and technical procedures
* Maintain a high level of professionalism, accuracy, and customer focus
Requirements
* Fluency in French and English (minimum B2 level)
* Proven experience in technical support / IT support (Level 3 preferred)
* Knowledge of SQL and technical troubleshooting
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently in a remote environment
* Availability to attend on-site meetings once per quarter
