ABOUT YOU
Are you a GenAI Engineer passionate about turning artificial intelligence into innovative, business-impacting solutions? Do you enjoy pushing the boundaries of generative AI and creating real value with cutting-edge technology? Then this opportunity is for you.
What you will be doing
* Design and implement generative AI solutions to address business challenges
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into GenAI solutions
* Utilize various frameworks and tools
* Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in GenAI, exploring new technologies and methodologies
* Contribute to the research and development of GenAI frameworks to be widely used
* Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and multidisciplinary teams
What we’re looking for
* Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
* +5 years of experience in Data Science
* +2 years of experience in GenAI
* Experience using large language models (LLMs) and other GenAI technologies
* Experience in GenAI projects, with knowledge in areas such as NLP, computer vision, or content generation
* Experience in prompt engineering
* Experience in Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) – Parsing methods, VectorDB, Retrieve Methods, etc.
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Python
* Experience with Open Source GenAI platforms such as HuggingFace or Similar (Nice-to-have)
* Experience in evaluation platforms techniques, such as LLMs-as-Judges or frameworks as Ragas / LLMOps principles (Nice-to-have)
* Sharp analytical mind with a keen sense of critical thinking
* Excellent communication skills and a natural team player
* English proficiency, enabling effective collaboration in a global context
* And above all: you know how to listen, think, ask, propose, and collaborate
We also value
* Experience in the “AI Services Stack” of at least 1 Cloud Provider (Azure, Databricks, GCP)
* Experience with orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, SmolAgents, or similar
