Workster is recruiting experienced Irish professionals for a digital banking project on-site in Lisbon.

Your Role Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat.
Resolve a wide range of customer queries, aiming for first-contact resolution.
Manage complex customer issues end-to-end with professionalism and empathy.
Support fraud investigations, dispute resolution, and complaints management.
Identify and assist vulnerable customers, escalating when necessary.
Collaborate with teammates, share knowledge, and support process improvements.
Adapt to evolving business and customer needs in a dynamic environment.
Your Qualifications Irish citizens with at least 12 months' experience in banking, financial services, or insurance in Ireland.
Fluent English (native-level) – written and spoken.
Strong communication and confident decision-making skills, especially in sensitive or complex cases.
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new tools (e.G., GSuite, Slack).
Collaborative, resilient, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
