About the Role
Simplify and streamline supply management processes with a lean approach.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop efficient processes that reduce administrative burdens, enhance communication, and drive business growth.
Lead workshops and training sessions for key users to adopt best practices globally.
Establish a network of process experts to facilitate knowledge sharing, accelerate improvement adoption, and monitor performance indicators.
Work with a team to identify root causes of inefficiencies in European countries, propose concrete actions to improve current processes, and lead the implementation of change.
Prioritize work plans per country and globally, support the overall roadmap definition, and identify technology solutions to optimize supply chain operations.
Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy to engage stakeholders and promote organizational goals.
* Familiarity with operational processes, procurement-to-pay processes, and on-site operations
* 5+ years of experience in Supply Management, Lean Management, or Six Sigma
* Strong understanding of business process optimization and cross-functional collaboration
