The Key Account Manager role at a business involves delivering results and meeting goals independently. This entails understanding the client's business, supporting their strategic growth, and building long-term relationships.

A successful candidate will present tailored proposals that address each client's specific needs while identifying new opportunities for growth. They will define the account strategy and work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met with excellence.

Key qualifications include in-depth knowledge of products, production timelines, and distribution schedules. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of experience in account management within a small to medium-sized enterprise environment and be fluent in English.

Mandatory skills include MS Office proficiency, resilience, ability to work under pressure, excellent negotiation skills, and the ability to understand client needs and articulate value propositions.
