Finance Analyst
Client Details
Our client is an Europe's leading owner‑operator for fashion retail present in more than 10 countries.
Description
* Finance Analyst will assist invoicing and controlling the income integrated in a team that is responsible for Accounts Receivable of all centres;
* Carry out billing, collection posting and reporting activities related with receivables, including inter company invoices, by ensuring entries are recorded in accordance with company policies and deadlines;
* Prepare AR month, quarterly and year-end closing working closely with other finance teams ensuring all deadlines are accomplished;
* Clarifying and reconcile differences on the postings, obtain information about transactions and research unreconciled items;
* Answer incoming questions and assist managers and other colleagues to ensure that the information provided is accurate and complete;
* Prepare internal reports and support in the preparation of annual property income budget;
* Contribute to finding improvement opportunities and support their effective implementation.
Profile
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Finance/Economics or similar;
* 2 years of relevant work experience in the accounting/business area;
* Fluent in English (mandatory);
* Outstanding analytical and communication skills, highly collaborative nature and with a strong emphasis on teamwork;
* Ability to pay close attention to detail and good degree of customer orientation;
* Possess a proactive and positive attitude;
* Hands-on and with ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
