Overview
Software and Solutions Architect (m/f/d) role at Siemens. This position involves designing and guiding identity and access management solutions, leading technical discussions, and collaborating with cybersecurity teams to ensure security compliance.
Responsibilities
* Design and architect identity management solutions using DirX Identity Management platform
* Create detailed solution architectures and technical documentation for identity and access management implementations
* Lead technical discussions with clients to understand requirements and propose appropriate solutions
* Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure compliance with security standards and best practices
* Develop integration concepts for connecting various enterprise applications and systems
* Guide implementation teams and provide technical leadership throughout project lifecycle
* Evaluate new technologies and provide recommendations for platform evolution
* Create and maintain solution design patterns and reference architectures
* Support pre-sales activities with technical expertise and solution presentations
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
* 5+ years of experience in identity and access management solutions
* Deep technical knowledge of DirX Identity Management platform
* Strong understanding of identity management concepts, protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC)
* Experience with directory services (Active Directory, LDAP)
* Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance requirements (ISO 27001, GDPR)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities
* Experience with cloud identity solutions is a plus
* Certification in identity management or security (e.g., CISSP, CISM) is advantageous
