About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Office Manager. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office. This includes managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our workspace.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in office management or a similar role. They should possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for success in this position.
You will also be responsible for monitoring office expenses, maintaining accurate records, and developing efficient procedures for day-to-day operations. Additionally, you will coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of office operations
* Monitor office budget and expenses
* Oversee administrative staff and provide guidance on daily tasks
* Maintain accurate records of office inventory and equipment
* Develop and implement efficient procedures for day-to-day operations
* Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration
* Assist with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
* Act as the main point of contact for external vendors and service providers
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
* Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy
* Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
* Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus)
* Valid visa/work permit for Almada (visa sponsorship available)
