ITIL Service Manager Job
About the Role
We are seeking a seasoned ITIL Service Manager to oversee the delivery of IT services from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT service management and excellent leadership skills.
* Coordinate, plan, and manage teams responsible for delivering services;
* Ensure teams operate efficiently and align with established objectives;
* Guarantee high service quality by adhering to the ITIL framework;
* Apply and maintain best practices in IT service management;
* Manage critical incidents and restore service quickly in line with defined SLAs;
* Prepare and deliver regular reports on service performance;
* Conduct periodic meetings with stakeholders to discuss progress, challenges, and opportunities for improvement;
* Analyze service performance and recommend improvements to optimize efficiency and quality;
What You'll Bring
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems Management, or related fields;
* At least 5 years of accumulated experience in the last 7 years in the tasks described above;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (preferably Access and Excel), Microsoft Project, and ServiceNow;
* Proficiency in Microsoft collaboration tools (Teams, SCCM);
* Proficiency in monitoring tools such as Dynatrace and Grafana;
* Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
* ITIL certification is highly valued.
