Description

* Collaborate closely with project managers and team leaders to facilitate timely delivery of project goals and maintain effective communication.
* Identify and address gaps in skills, competencies, or team dynamics, providing support or escalation when necessary.
* Facilitate communication and foster strong relationships between team members, stakeholders, and leadership to enhance collaboration and engagement.
* Create and maintain detailed reports on resource utilization, team alignment, and project progress for continuous improvement.

Profile
* Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in resource management, staffing, or project alignment roles within technical or software development environments.
* Strong understanding of human resource practices, preferably within the Technology or Telecoms industry.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
* Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities, with a focus on building strong interpersonal relationships.
* Familiarity with project management tools and Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
