About the Company: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in expanding our market presence internationally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing effective sales strategies, identifying key market opportunities, and collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives. The position will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth through the establishment and management of overseas sales channels and maintaining strong relationships with customers.

About the Role: The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading our sales efforts internationally, focusing on developing strategies and managing relationships to drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

* Develop a deep understanding of the company's operating model and marketing strategy, and leverage this knowledge to formulate comprehensive quarterly and annual sales plans.
* Spearhead the establishment of an overseas sales platform, identifying and cultivating relationships with distributors and partners to expand market reach.
* Proactively engage with overseas customers to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
* Lead the preparation for and participation in international exhibitions and congresses to showcase our products and services, and network with potential clients and industry professionals.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree or above in international trade, marketing, or a related field. A background in a medical-related profession is advantageous.
* Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience, with at least 3 years of proven success in international sales of surgical instruments. Experience in selling ultrasonic knives or surgical staplers is highly preferred.
* Proficiency in English is essential, as it will be used as the primary working language for international communications and negotiations.
* Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for business trips, as required to support sales initiatives and attend industry events.

* Strong sales and negotiation skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Preferred Skills:

* Experience in the medical device industry.
* Knowledge of international market trends.
