Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Consultant located in Porto, Portugal. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for consulting with clients to understand their needs, providing expert advice on suitable products, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Daily tasks include meeting sales targets, managing customer relationships, and generating leads. The role involves maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and effective communication with the team and clients.
Qualifications
* Experience in Sales Consulting and Consulting skills
* Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
* Strong Communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Knowledge of luxury retail or interior design industry is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
* Fluency in English; additional languages are beneficial
