Overview
EIA21 is currently looking for professionals to provide Automation Engineering Services to support industrial automation systems. The selected candidate will be responsible for programming, integration, maintenance, and diagnostics of DCS and PLC-based systems, ensuring optimal performance and system reliability.
Responsibilities
* Programming services for DCS and PLC systems
* Integration of automation solutions into industrial environments
* Technical support and fault diagnostics
* Execution of regular system backups
* Execution of trials, testing, and commissioning of automation systems
* Preventive maintenance, including:
o General cleaning and tightening of the entire DCS system
o Replacement of filters in electrical panels
o Verification of power supply conditions and measurements
o Thermographic inspection of the system
o Preparation of maintenance reports including inspection and test plans
Requisitos
* Expertise in DCS (Distributed Control Systems) and PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers)
* Strong skills in system diagnostics and troubleshooting
* Proven experience in automation system integration and commissioning
* Ability to perform regular backups and system maintenance
* Proficiency in conducting functional tests and ensuring system reliability
* Fluency in Portuguese and English
* Hands-on experience with PLC and DCS programming tools
