Position:Project PlannerLocation:Aveiro, PortugalResponsibilitiesMonitor all technical activities, ensuring milestones are met within workload limits and securing OTIF delivery.Allocate and schedule activities for multidisciplinary technical teams, including Layout, Mechanical, Electrical, Software, and Documentation.Create, update, and maintain KPIs related to lead time, cost, productivity, and delivery accuracy.Monitor progress, anticipate delays, and implement corrective actions through advanced data llaborate with Project Managers, Technical Leaders, and Production teams to ensure resource nduct regular reporting to technical teams and upper management.QualificationsAt least 2 years of professional experience in project planning or industrial scheduling.Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Power BI (mandatory).Programming knowledge (VBA or other automation/data tools).Knowledge of Share Point (sites, lists, libraries).Excellent analytical and problem‐solving abilities and strong communication skills.Proficiency in English (written and verbal).Additional software knowledge: Auto CAD (plus), SAP (plus).We encourage candidates from diverse backgrounds, including but not limited to race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, and religion, to apply.
