Role Overview:
As a Talent Partner (Tech) at MoonPay, you will play a pivotal role in driving talent acquisition within MoonPay’s technical functions such as Engineering, Data, Security, and IT. You’ll partner with leadership to define recruitment strategies and own the end-to-end hiring process. Your work will have a significant impact on attracting top-tier talent and optimizing the recruitment process while contributing to strategic projects like employer branding and DEI initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner closely with leadership to structure Talent Acquisition strategies that align with both short-term and long-term goals.
* Own the end-to-end hiring process for critical technical roles across multiple functions, including Engineering, Data, Security, and IT.
* Collaborate on strategic projects such as employer branding, process optimization, and DEI initiatives.
* Leverage data-driven insights to improve hiring processes and measure success.
* Coordinate closely with the Talent Coordinator to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring experience.
About You:
You are an ambitious and results-driven Talent professional with a strong background in technical recruitment. You’re experienced in high-volume, fast-paced environments and have previously worked in startups and fintech. Your communication skills are excellent, and you are able to work with senior stakeholders, including executives, to influence recruitment strategies.
Essential Qualifications:
* Proven experience in high-volume technical recruitment (Software Engineers, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, etc.).
* Experience working in start-up or fintech environments, preferably in tech-first companies.
* Ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders, including executive and C-suite level.
* Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) in English.
* Interest in the crypto and Web3 industry.
