IT Operations Transition & Automation Specialist:
* 5–7+ years' experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure and/or Cloud environments
* Proven experience in operational transitions, NOC/SOC/CSO or Managed Services environments
* Strong background in automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python, Ansible/Terraform/Rundeck, etc.)
* Solid knowledge of ITSM / ITIL frameworks
* Experience with monitoring and ITSM platforms
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
