Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical support in infrastructure projects with a focus on networking and security;

* Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network equipment and systems;

* Handle classic security topics, including firewalls and protection policies;

* Monitor and detect threats using tools such as SIEM, antivirus, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems (IDS/IPS);
">
* Collaborate across different technical areas as required by the project;

* Participate in training and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications
">
">
* Over 2 years of experience as an IT infrastructure technician, with a focus on networking and security;
">
* Strong knowledge of networking (routing, switching, network protocols), with the ability to diagnose and resolve network issues effectively;
">
* Experience with classic security solutions, such as Fortinet, Checkpoint, among others;
">
* Ability to work across multiple technical domains;
">
* Proactive mindset, autonomy, and eagerness to learn;
">
* Strong communication skills and team spirit.
