Are you an organized, tech-savvy professional with a passion for driving IT projects to success? Do you thrive in dynamic environments where planning, coordination, and execution make all the difference? If you're ready to take the next step in your Project Management career, this role is for you
Your Role:
1. Lead and support IT projects from planning to delivery, ensuring deadlines and goals are met.
2. Use productivity & workload tools (Microsoft Planner, Jira, Trello, or similar) to track tasks, resources, and progress.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, stakeholders) to keep projects aligned and on track.
4. Identify risks, solve bottlenecks, and communicate updates clearly to all stakeholders.
5. Work in a hybrid model (3 days on-site a week).
What We're Looking For:
1. 4+ years of experience in IT project coordination or junior PM roles.
2. Familiarity with project management tools (Planner, Asana, ClickUp, etc.).
3. Strong organizational & communication skills—you keep teams moving forward.
4. Basic understanding of IT workflows (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall is a plus).
5. Proactive mindset—you anticipate challenges and find solutions.
