Tasks
Support RFQ's from the industrial engineering perspective with regards to feasibility, labor, tools & equipment investment
Elaborate process & assembly process documentation based on customer info.
(BOM;
PDM;
CAD data;
assembly flow)
Apply industrial engineering methods to determine labor requirements using MTM-UAS based on customer information.
Layout planning in 2D (autocad) and 3D (Inventor).
Issue industrial concept and present it internally and to customers.
Provide data to perform cost analysis (investments and assembly time) and process alternatives.
Build list of equipment required for the industrialization of new programs.
Create tool and equipment specifications;
request quotes tosuppliers and assess offers received
Interface for technical departments internal and with the customer
Profile
Engineering degree (preferable mechanical or industrial)
OEM Tier 1 or equipment supplier (3 to 5 years of exp.)
Layout design experience in Autocad and Inventor
MTM-UAS experience (certification would be appreciated)
Simulation tools (Flexim experience is appreciated)
Tightening processes and plastics process assembly experience would be appreciated
Experienced in project work, analytical and hands-on approach
Fluent in english, other language is a plus
Open for business travelling
