We are looking for an Export Control Manager to join our team in Portugal and other designated countries within ER&D global operations. The role involves close collaboration with Engagement Managers, Legal, Quality and Risk Managers, Delivery Teams and external authorities.
Main Responsibilities
* The deployment of the export control policy and procedures: Application of Group Export Control and International Sanctions Policy; ER&D Export Control Internal Compliance Program (ER&D EC-ICP); Technology Control Plan; Group Bid to Delivery Export Control process; ER&D Export Control Delivery process
You will be responsible for managing the global export license request implementation and application to support project needs. This includes master Portuguese export control regulation and licensing process; identifying license requirements, managing requests
, ensuring conditions within the project scope, reporting to appropriate authorities, ensuring compliance with ML, Dual Use, ITAR, EAR regulations. Your responsibilities also include supporting operational functions in applying export control procedures ; conducting Project's -export control assessments;.
