We are seeking a seasoned Java Technical Lead to join our team.
About the Role:
* Act as technical reference for Java & DevOps within the development team ensuring best practices in development and code quality, drive performance optimization, application monitoring (with Group Infrastructure Platform), provide technical guidance and support to developers, lead code reviews, documentation, and solution proposals, participate in scheduled on-call duties.
* Work with Retail Banking unit on:
o Technical Environment: JAVA 8+, Spring Boot 3+, REST, Hibernate 5, Angular 14+, Kubernetes, Docker, GitLab CI/CD, Bash/Python scripting, LDAP, Keycloak, OAuth, OpenID, SAML, Microservices architecture, Linux servers, Tools: JIRA, Git, SonarQube
o Methodology & Soft Skills: Agile practices, code reviews, technical testing, strong leadership, structured documentation, solution-oriented mindset, ability to guide teams and improve delivery pipelines, fluent in French & English
