What do you need to be SMART?
* 5+ years of experience in Java development with strong object-oriented programming skills
* Solid knowledge of Spring Framework (Spring Core, Spring Boot – Java 17)
* Good understanding of React with TypeScript
* Experience with SQL and relational databases
* Knowledge of Git and Maven
* Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, XL Deploy, XL Release
What will your role be at SMART?
* Participate in the development of a large-scale international project within the Trade Finance domain (Guarantees and Documentary Credits / Collections)
* Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Java Spring Boot and React (TypeScript)
* Maintain and evolve legacy applications, including reverse engineering to understand business rules
* Contribute to code reviews, debugging, and performance optimization
* Collaborate closely with international teams and project leaders, ensuring transparency and quality delivery
