We are recruiting for a cutting-edge E-Health Platform that is transforming the way people access and manage their health with innovative solutions.
Responsibilities
- Advise healthcare professionals and assist them by telephone in their use of the software, both by answering incoming requests and proactively calling them.
- Train healthcare professionals in the use of our services by phone.
- Ensure the quick and efficient processing of requests received via email.
- Advise and answer client questions about the product.
- Work closely with the sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Proficient in French.
- English language skills.
- Previous experience in a call center environment (preferred).
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education degree is a plus.
- Knowledge of technical troubleshooting methods (a bonus).
Benefits
- Base salary of 870€/month.
- Meal allowance of 7.23€ per day worked.
- Performance bonus up to 140€/month.
- Complexity bonus of 10€/month.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7 am to 5:30 pm.
- Two days off: weekend.
- 6-month contract.
