#ABOUTTHECHALLENGE Guide in supporting new clients through processes of onboarding consultation accordingly with citizenship/residency program chosen. Review options for investment solutions. Manage admin key tasks: request documents for all mandatory local procedures; submit data and information, update internal communication portals and keep the Client updated regarding the status of application and processes. Keep Clients on the loop at all stages of the process briefing them on all pertinent matters and engage with them on different occasions regarding different subjects critical to the process, directly or indirectly. Partnership work with law firms, real estate, funds and other internal teams to develop strong hold of the client's process. Develop a thorough understanding of our programs and service offerings to better inform and assure the client. Seek further bank relationships. Billing support. Reviewing support materials provided by marketing for outdated information. Reporting regarding each case progress and client satisfaction, being attentive to both Client's needs, pain points and feedback, for an efficient and fast response. #ABOUTYOU High level of English, written and spoken. Ability to adapt, interact and manage with different types of individuals from differentiated cultures. Ability to design and implement adequate consulting strategies for each process stage. Strong verbal and written communication. Good interpersonal skills, evidencing leadership, proactivity and confidence to the Client's portfolio. Thus, creating a trusting long term relationship.A working knowhow of local administrative framework. Strong eye for detail and troubleshooting attitude. The ability to take/provide constructive and positive feedback. Skill in communicating effectively in writing, using audience-appropriate language and terminology and with a variety of personalities across all levels of the organization. Able in managing time and multiple work streams and meeting various deadlines, with fast pace processes. Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
