Your New Function As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices and supporting the financial closing processes within a multinational environment. Your main responsibilities will include: Collecting and retrieving supplier invoices from shared drives in digital format; Maintaining and updating vendor master data within the Accounts Payable (AP) module; Processing manual AP entries, including invoices in Excel and PDF format; Managing the EDI process in Accounts Payable, including its implementation and ongoing monitoring; Performing monthly vendor reconciliations; Archiving accounting documentation in shared drives, ensuring proper journal numbering and voucher identification; Ensuring all deadlines are met to support accurate monthly and annual closings; Guaranteeing compliance with local fiscal and regulatory requirements; Supporting additional accounting and administrative tasks as required. What You Need To Be Successful Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field; Professional experience in accounting, preferably in a multinational environment; Fluency in English and French (mandatory); Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly advanced Excel; Proven experience with EDI in Accounts Payable; Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics will be considered a plus; Strong team spirit and ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment; Dynamic, proactive profile with a high level of initiative and ownership.
