Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Design and implement IAM frameworks and architectures across the organization;
* Develop strategies for user provisioning, identity governance, and privileged access management;
* Collaborate with IT and security teams to integrate applications and systems with IAM solutions;
* Ensure IAM systems comply with IT security standards and applicable regulations;
* Provide technical leadership and guidance on IAM best practices;
* Conduct IAM training and awareness programs for employees;
* Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies.
Profile:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
* At least 3+ years of proven experience as an IAM Architect or a similar role;
* Strong knowledge of IAM technologies and protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID;
* Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) and their IAM related services;
* Familiarity with industry compliance and security standards including, NIST CSF, NIST SP800-53, QNRCS, NIS 2.0, OWASP, CIS Controls, Mitre Att&ck and ISO 27000 series;
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail;
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
