OverviewA Business Analyst with strong requirements gathering, process analysis, and documentation skills. You will work with French-speaking stakeholders and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into clear functional specifications, and participate in the delivery of high-quality business solutions. ResponsibilitiesGather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. Translate business needs into functional specifications and design documentation in French and English as required. Collaborate with Front Office and other stakeholders to understand trading and operational needs. Configure and support solutions within relevant platforms (e.g., Summit) and ensure alignment between business requirements and technical solutions. Participate in system enhancements, implementations, and upgrades; support testing phases (UAT) and ensure solution quality. Lead user acceptance testing with business stakeholders and coordinate production releases and deployment activities. Provide 3rd level support: incident analysis, troubleshooting, and system monitoring; maintain clear and up-to-date documentation (e.g., JIRA, Confluence). Work with international teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful outcomes. QualificationsLanguages: Fluency in French is mandatory; English proficiency (at least B2) is required; Portuguese is a plus. Business Analysis: Strong analytical skills with experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design. Technical Proficiency: Data engineering fundamentals, including SQL (required); knowledge of NoSQL and relational databases, ETL, and distributed computing; experience with data visualization tools (Power BI) and familiarity with data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Synapse). Programming & Tools: Knowledge of Spark, R, Python, Java, or Scala; familiarity with Hadoop tools and system integration. Soft skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment; documentation skills in multiple languages. Experience: Banking or Finance sector experience is a strong plus; 3+ years of related experience is typically sought (range provided in listing).
