Role Description
This is an on-site role for a Sales Manager, based in Lisbon. The Sales Manager will support business development by engaging with prospective clients, building relationships with interior designers, architects, and retailers, and driving sales efforts. Responsibilities include identifying potential clients, managing customer inquiries, preparing sales reports, participating in client meetings, and communicating KOKET's brand and products to prospective buyers. The role also involves collaborating with the marketing and design teams to align sales strategies with brand goals and vision.
Qualifications
Sales and negotiation skills with the ability to engage and build long-lasting relationships
Knowledge or interest in luxury design, furniture, and interior decor trends
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, both written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software Sales Force
Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different departments
Fluency in English; Portuguese or other additional languages are an advantage
Able to build and guide a team to meet sales goals
Manage company showrooms
Must have proven success record
