You will work extensively with bLua within the Roblox Studio engine /b, contributing to high-quality, performant, and maintainable code.

/liliProven experience working with the bRoblox platform.
/b /liliAround b5+ years of professional experience /b in game development and/or software engineering.
/liliStrong understanding of bsoftware architecture and design patterns.
/b /liliHands-on experience working in bAgile/Scrum environments.
/b /liliGood understanding of bplayer experience (UX) and game design principles.
/b /liliExperience contributing to btechnical decisions with business impact.
/b /liliProven ability to bmentor, guide, and support other developers.
/b /liliExcellent bcommunication and collaboration skills /b, with the ability to work across teams.
/liliDegree in bGame Development, Software Engineering /b, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
