As a Project Manager at Siemens Energy, you'll be at the forefront of aligning customer needs with our company's values. Leading an international team, you'll spearhead small to medium-sized projects in a dynamic environment, ensuring success while maintaining control over costs and deadlines. How You Can Make a Difference
1. Manage control technology, electrical engineering, and digitalization projects globally, driving new constructions and modernizations with internal and external stakeholders.
2. Ensure the technical and financial success of projects while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
3. Foster an exchange of experiences within the project management team and across relevant units.
4. Lead an interdisciplinary, intercultural project team and act as the project's representative within the organization.
What You Bring to the Table
5. A University degree in automation, control technology, electrical engineering, or equivalent technical education with relevant industry experience.
6. Extensive professional background in engineering or commissioning electrical and control systems, coupled with project management expertise.
7. Ideally, prior 2 - 3 years' experience in technical and project management roles within small to medium-sized customer projects.
8. Proficient written and spoken English; knowledge of German is valued; additional language skills are a plus.
9. Exceptional communication, empathy, and strong team spirit along with initiative, result orientation, decisiveness, and organizational skills.
