Quality Assurance Coordinator
Job Description:
As a Quality Assurance Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the central quality department. Your primary focus will be on addressing quality non-conformities.
Main Responsibilities:
* Handles non-conformities reported by affiliates, gathers data and coordinates further investigation with responsible departments/plants.
* Inputs data regarding non-conformities in SAP.
* Maintains up-to-date and accurate records in SharePoint and SAP databases.
* Creates purchase requisitions for equipment and services.
* Assists both internal and external ISO Audits, and follows up on actions.
* Provides information, instructions, procedures, and documents to all departments as needed.
* Motivates internal stakeholders to adhere to internal standards, instructions, and procedures.
* Performs other administrative tasks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment with multiple stakeholders.
* Experience with MS Office (Excel, Teams, SharePoint) and ERP systems (SAP is a plus).
* Excellent communication skills, fluent in English.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Residence in Ovar or nearby area.
