Responsibilities
* Lead end delivery or a defined component of a contract, ensuring all operational, contractual, and financial commitments are met.
* Ensure service quality, efficiency, and performance of the delivery team.
* Manage delivery outcomes and identify opportunities for on work, including selling and selling.
* Act as a subject matter expert and guide the team to perform effectively.
* Make key decisions impacting delivery and collaborate with multiple internal teams.
* Provide solutions to issues spanning multiple teams or workstreams.
* Foster a collaborative environment that promotes innovation and solving.
* Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
* Monitor project progress and adjust plans when necessary to ensure successful delivery.
* Identify and pursue opportunities for additional services based on client needs.
* Mentor and support team members to encourage professional growth.

* Expert proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service.
* Advanced proficiency in Account Delivery Management.
* Advanced proficiency in Estimation, Planning, and Work Management.
