BFF Bank for the Portuguese office is looking for a Specialist, Credit CollectionThe candidate will join a very dynamic international environment with the responsibility of credit management activities for Portugal country
Main Activities :
Support the CM Manager in managing the portfolio activities with relationship with debtors
Participation in negotiations of payment plans
Sending payment reminders and managing the feedbacks from the debtors
Upload of invoices status in the system
Verify and monitor debtors' accounts
Track the volume of exposure
Collaborate with the internal legal unit for the initiation and management of legal actions
Request to clients the probative documentation related to the receivables purchased by the Bank
Check and update the information in the IT tool (invoices status, negotiations stages, payments allocation, etc...)
Manage retrocession to be paid by the clients
Requirements:
2-3 years of experience in managing relationships with public or private counterparties for debt recovery and negotiation of agreements
Proactive mindset with a focus on achieving KPIs (priority oriented).
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Flexible approach to problems and strong aptitude for teamwork.
Degree in Business Administration/ Law
Skills:

Organizational skills
Nice to have working in Pharmaceutical/utilities/bank industry or lawyers working in NPL/ debt recovery sector.
