Job Title
Product Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the creation or review of a strategy that meets the business requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Develops, communicates, and implements processes embedding strategic management in operational management.
* Leads and manages the creation or review of a strategy to meet business needs.
* Sets policies, standards, and guidelines for strategy development and planning.
* Provides detailed advice on applying specialism to organisational planning and operations.
* Maintains knowledge in one or more identifiable specialisms.
* Recognises and identifies specialist knowledge boundaries.
* Collaborates with specialists to ensure appropriate advice.
* Facilitates workgroups to deliver defined goals and outcomes.
* Supports, guides, and suggests collaborative problem-solving and team performance improvement.
* Creates shared responsibilities and sustainable agreements with teams.
* Implements and improves agreed team principles, practices, processes, and ceremonies.
* Recognises and works with team dynamics strengths and constraints.
Requirements
* Minimum 4 years' experience in managing products.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in managing projects or services.
* Minimum 2 years' experience in line management of product, project, or service managers.
* Product manager/product owner certification.
* Training in agile ways of working like Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, LeSS, and DaD.
* Experience in sourcing and vendor management.
