We are looking for an energetic and passionate Trainer to help shape the learning experience of our teams and support employee growth from day one.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people, delivering impactful training sessions, and helping others unlock their full potential.
As a Trainer, you will play a key role in onboarding, coaching, knowledge development, and performance improvement, contributing directly to both employee success and business results.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver engaging onboarding and training sessions for new and existing employees
- Create and maintain training materials, guides, and learning content
- Identify development needs and support continuous learning initiatives
- Monitor training effectiveness and provide performance feedback
- Coach employees to improve knowledge, soft skills, and performance
- Collaborate with Operations and Team Leaders to align training with business goals
- Support quality and performance improvement initiatives
- Promote a positive and motivating learning environment
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in Training, Coaching, Learning & Development, or similar roles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities
- Passion for people development and learning
- Ability to engage and motivate different audiences
- Proactive mindset and solution-oriented attitude
- Previous BPO/Contact Center experiência is highly advantageous
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
