Role Summary As a Customer Experience Analyst, you will be responsible for maximizing client value from IQVIA products and services while fostering strong, productive and long‐term relationships. You will proactively identify opportunities to expand existing services or introduce new services, ensuring client satisfaction and business growth.Role & ResponsibilitiesEstablish and maintain strong business relationships with Pharma clients, proactively supporting their data and service needsExpert knowledge of IQVIA data sources, including Pharmacy, Parapharmacy Modern Distribution, Medical, Hospital, and WholesalersServe as a key contact for clients using IQVIA data, software, and servicesEnsure fulfillment of contract specifications and ad‐hoc client requests with timeliness and qualityCoordinate internal production of client deliverables with offshore teams, ensuring effective communication and client satisfactionProvide insightful interpretation of data to resolve business questions and enhance decision‐makingCollaborate with Account Managers to maximize the value of IQVIA products and services to clients and share client activities and updatesIdentify revenue opportunities within current and new clients, maintaining growth and retentionConduct training on IQVIA data, systems, and services for both clients and internal teamsConduct client service meetings at customer siteSkills & Experience RequiredBachelor's degree in Health Care, Market Research, Statistic, Data Science, Economics, Marketing or a related fieldRelated work experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry or consultancyExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal)Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyExpert problem‐solving, analytical, and customer service skillsExcellent team player, with the ability to work autonomously when neededExperience working with Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and CopilotFluent in Portuguese and English, both spoken and writtenBeneficial Skills And ExperienceKnowledge of the pharmaceutical and healthcare marketExperience working with cross functional and multi‐geographical teamsExperience providing training to othersKnowledge of time series analysis and statistical modellingExperienced in the use of Microsoft office PowerBI and/or AccessExpertise in IQVIA software, like Flexview and IAM is a plusWhat We OfferInitial training of the different data, services and tools of IQVIALinkedIn Courses on a variety of areas to improve or create new skillsPositive team environment of mutual help and supportCompany initiatives for networking and bonding between co‐workers (for example: volunteer actions, after‐work social events, sports tournaments, etc.)Hybrid model of work (home; office; and client meetings)Competitive salary and benefitsIQVIA is a leading global provider of clinical research services, commercial insights, and healthcare intelligence to the life sciences and healthcare industries.
