Key Account Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing strategic client accounts and developing sales and customer success plans.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify client problems and needs, creating new business opportunities. Additionally, you will enhance value delivery to client operational teams by aligning product functionalities with client needs.
Responsibilities:
* Manage key Strategic Client Accounts and develop sales and customer success plans.
* Collaborate with Executive Board, Customer Success, Marketing & Sales, and Product Development teams.
* Negotiate and close technical and economic proposals.
Requirements:
* 5+ years experience in Key Account Management and/or B2B Sales to large accounts.
* Experience in the Energy sector, preferably with DSO or OEM working with DSOs.
* Project Management skills and experience.
* Training in Management, Marketing, and Sales.
* MSc or PhD in Electrical Engineering.
* Fluent in English and German, written and spoken.
