Project Description:
Our client is one of the world's largest industrial and technology groups and is migrating its SAP R/3 systems to SAP S/4HANA in multiple locations.
As part of this program, a factory template is being implemented in the Aveiro unit, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM. This is a new solution, introduced in the context of the S/4HANA migration, with Go-Live scheduled for January 6th, 2026.
We are looking for Senior SAP EWM (Embedded) Consultants to support the Go-Live and Hypercare phase, working in close collaboration with the client's internal team.
The Challenge and Impact:
The main activities include:
Participation in end-user training sessions in October and November 2025 (including preparation of Portuguese documentation);
1st line support (and occasionally 2nd line) for factory and warehouse users – with the central team handling system changes when needed;
On-site support during Go-Live and Hypercare stabilization;
Technical support to production areas and resolution of issues in warehouse and shop-floor environments;
Contribution to continuous improvement activities in logistics, inbound, and outbound processes.
Required Competences:
5+ years of professional experience as SAP EWM (Embedded) Consultant (Inbound, Outbound, TM) – preferred;
(Option: minimum 3-5 years if senior level is not conclusive)
Experience in implementation projects, project methodologies, testing and training execution;
Strong knowledge of logistics processes in SAP S/4HANA;
Support-oriented mindset;
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (Portuguese - C2, English - minimum B2).
