Business Analyst
Experis is recruiting a Business Analyst to join an international project within the financial services sector.
The selected professional will join a team responsible for developing and operating a SaaS-based enterprise planning platform, supporting financial planning and performance management processes across the organization.
The role involves close collaboration with product, architecture, development and business teams in an Agile environment, contributing to the evolution of a strategic internal platform integrated with multiple enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Translate high-level business requirements into clear user stories with defined acceptance criteria
* Gather, refine and prioritize requirements with Product Owner, Solution Architect and business stakeholders
* Analyse business processes and data models in a data-driven environment
* Support the development team by clarifying scope and preparing functional tasks
* Collaborate with QA teams on test scenarios and test data, supporting UAT activities
* Maintain concise product documentation and release notes
* Support light configuration activities within the platform (templates, dashboards, rules)
Requirements
* Experience working as a Business Analyst in data-driven environments
* Strong analytical thinking and communication skills
* Comfortable working in Agile environments
* Experience related to financial processes (planning, controlling or accounting) is a plus
* Fluent English is mandatory
Location
Lisbon (hybrid model - 2-3x times per week in the office)
