Job Mission
Drive impactful brand communication and customer engagement strategies to support business growth, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives and customer segmentation.
Key Activities
* Develop and implement brand communication and social media strategies.
* Manage media agencies and external partners (creative, PR, trade marketing).
* Support marketing mix initiatives (product, price, promotion, channel).
* Collaborate on brand positioning and define relevant customer segments and targets.
* Create tools with clear value propositions tailored to each customer segment, including services.
* Coordinate activities via Client Link CRM to generate customer insights and data.
* Ensure execution of communication plans per brand to foster customer loyalty.
* Lead and coordinate growth initiatives with a clear marketing roadmap and sales support.
* Oversee support activities including SAP processes and worksheet development.

* Collaborative approach with internal stakeholders (Brand Marketing, Sales, Finance) to deliver insight-driven, visually compelling activations that drive sales.
Experience Required
* Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
* Proven experience in brand, communication, or digital marketing (experience as a Communication Specialist is a plus).
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, delivering results on time and within budget.
