Your Role
As a Data Scientist, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing AI models and algorithms to solve complex business challenges. Your key responsibilities include:
1. Owning data science initiatives and projects with a proactive and driven approach.
2. Analyzing complex datasets to extract insights and providing data-driven recommendations.
3. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to understand business needs, designing, and implementing statistical models and machine learning algorithms.
4. Leveraging big data technologies and distributed computing frameworks, or cloud computing expertise, for processing large data volumes.
5. Developing and deploying predictive models and algorithms into production environments.
6. Conducting exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model validation.
7. Communicating findings and insights effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
8. Fostering a proactive, team-oriented, and critical mindset to encourage collaboration.
Your Profile
1. At least 2 years of experience in data science roles focusing on statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics.
2. Proficiency in SQL, Python, and distributed/cloud processing frameworks such as Pyspark.
3. Experience with analytics libraries/frameworks like TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
4. Strong understanding of statistical analysis, hypothesis testing, and machine learning techniques.
5. Experience with data visualization tools such as Seaborn, Matplotlib, or Plotly.
6. Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing frameworks, either on-premises or in the cloud.
7. Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork.
8. Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
9. Academic background in Engineering, Data & AI, or Computer Sciences.
10. Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, GCP, or AWS is a plus.
11. Fluency in English is mandatory.
