???? What you’ll be doing:
Be the go-to contact for travelers needing help or guidance
Respond to calls and emails with professionalism, speed, and empathy — even in urgent situations
Troubleshoot and resolve issues using provided tools
Escalate complex problems when needed to ensure quick solutions
Keep things organized, accurate, and always customer-focused
???? What you bring:
Fluency in Spanish and English (C1) – both written and spoken
Cool head in fast-paced situations; you thrive under pressure
Excellent multitasking and communication skills
Attention to detail and a structured approach
Goal-driven, self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team

Full-time, permanent contract (40h/week), rotating shifts between 07:00 – 03:00
