About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Tactical Buyer - Assistant Manager to manage end-to-end sourcing projects and ensure delivery of maximum value to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Procure goods and services, obtain quotations, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts consistent with client requirements
* Manage proactive engagements activity for operational planned spend opportunities within defined operational spend levels
* Quotation analysis and recommendations, considering suitability and reliability of suppliers to meet operational requirements
* Negotiate with Suppliers on commercial and non-commercial clauses as per guidance
Qualifications:
* C1 level in Portuguese and English
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Possess a positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a willingness to adapt to a globalized work culture
Preferred Qualifications:
* Relevant years of experience in operational sourcing and tactical buying
* Familiarity with ERPs such as Coupa or Ariba would be an advantage
